Grant moved to the Rosewood neighborhood in 2019 and was nominated to fill a recently vacated position on the Board. He grew up in the Lake Oswego area and attended LO schools. Grant is a Design Project Manager at Portland General Electric, and has a strong background in public utility construction and design. Grant earned a BS in Environmental Science and holds a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Oregon State University. His primary goals are to engage neighbors and community members in disaster planning and fire safety education.

Grant's current term expires June 30, 2027.
